Terms and Conditions

1. Orders & Booking

  • All orders must be placed 12–24 hours in advance.

  • Orders will be confirmed only after receiving complete details (item, quantity, date & time).

  • Same-day or last-minute orders are accepted based on availability.


2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer.

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (if advance is required).

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery time.


3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is provided based on location availability.

  • Delivery charges apply depending on distance.

  • Customers must check items at the time of receiving.

  • For pickup orders, customers are requested to collect food on time.


4. Quality & Hygiene

  • All items are freshly prepared at home under hygienic conditions.

  • No preservatives or artificial flavours are used unless specified.

  • Customers must inform us about allergies while placing the order.

  • Sri Balaji Foodz is not responsible for allergic reactions if such information was not shared earlier.


5. Storage & Consumption

  • Products are best consumed fresh on the same day, unless storage instructions are provided.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused due to improper storage after delivery.


6. Customization

  • Customization in sweetness, spice level, and ingredients is available upon prior request.

  • Prices may vary for customized items.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund (if payment was made).

  • No refund for:

    • Last-minute cancellations

    • Incorrect delivery address provided

    • Customer not available at delivery time


8. Disclaimer

  • Sri Balaji Foodz is a homemade food service, not a commercial restaurant.

  • We maintain hygiene but cannot guarantee industrial-level packaging or preservation.

  • Once delivered, the responsibility of food handling and storage lies with the customer.


9. Feedback & Complaints

  • Customers must report any issues within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement or compensation will be provided only after reviewing the complaint.
