1. Orders & Booking

All orders must be placed 12–24 hours in advance.

Orders will be confirmed only after receiving complete details (item, quantity, date & time).

Same-day or last-minute orders are accepted based on availability.
2. Payments

Payments can be made via Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer.

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (if advance is required).

No refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery time.
3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is provided based on location availability.

Delivery charges apply depending on distance.

Customers must check items at the time of receiving.

For pickup orders, customers are requested to collect food on time.
4. Quality & Hygiene

All items are freshly prepared at home under hygienic conditions.

No preservatives or artificial flavours are used unless specified.

Customers must inform us about allergies while placing the order.

Sri Balaji Foodz is not responsible for allergic reactions if such information was not shared earlier.
5. Storage & Consumption

Products are best consumed fresh on the same day, unless storage instructions are provided.

We are not responsible for issues caused due to improper storage after delivery.
6. Customization

Customization in sweetness, spice level, and ingredients is available upon prior request.

Prices may vary for customized items.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund (if payment was made).

8. Disclaimer

Sri Balaji Foodz is a homemade food service, not a commercial restaurant.

We maintain hygiene but cannot guarantee industrial-level packaging or preservation.

Once delivered, the responsibility of food handling and storage lies with the customer.
9. Feedback & Complaints

Customers must report any issues within 2 hours of delivery.

Replacement or compensation will be provided only after reviewing the complaint.
