1. No Return Policy
Because food products are fresh, homemade, and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.
This is to maintain hygiene standards and ensure customer safety.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under certain conditions:

4. Damage or Spill Issues

You must report it within 1โ2 hours with photos/video as proof.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed via:
